Once place the order on our site, the order will not be cancelled.

If your order is canceled with less than 7 business days’ notice, you are still responsible to pay the balance due. The deposit required to place your order is non-refundable. 

We accept order only if the product is available. If the product is not available for that day, we cancel the order and initiate the refund.  

We will not be liable to pay any refunds for wrong addresses, recipient unavailable.

Suppose you feel that the taste and other attributes of the products are not as per your expectations. In that case, we request you to contact us clearly explaining the reason behind it.

if you have received a damaged or wrong products, in such cases we will review product & replace you same product. You can email us on cakes@livefreshcakes.com within 24 hours of order. 

For custom cake we are provide delivery. In this cake customer to collect order & if damage happen in traveling, we are not able We will not be liable to pay any refunds.
