Our recommendation for travelling with your cake is to keep it refrigerated after taking it home so that it will remain firm. - Protect yourself from the knife.
- Store the cake in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours before serving.
- Remove the cake from the refrigerator 15 minutes before cutting it and let sit at room temperature to develop the best flavour and texture.
- Display the cake out of direct sunlight and away from a heat source.
- Cakes lose shape when they get warm.
- The decorations such as sugar flowers, figurines, chocolates, fruits, and many others are very delicate.
- don’t touch them if possible.
